3M is an 9 month mentoring program that aims to help teen boys currently enrolled in high school (9th - 12th grade) develop life skills to prepare them to thrive in adulthood. We want
3M
teens to be intentional and empowered to implement action-oriented plans that help fulfill their purpose and maximize their personal potential.
What is a 3M Partner?
A partner/volunteer is a person who is interested in supporting the program by providing their skills and talents during our monthly DevelopHim Sessions in the following areas: Prayer Partners, Hospitality, Event Planning, etc.
What is a 3M Sponsor?
A Sponsor is a person or organization who is interested in supporting the program financially by providing a monetary donation to support the cause of the 3M Program. The sponsorship will be dedicated to accomplishing the goals set by the program which will include, but not limited to: Activities, Supplies, Scholarships, etc.
What is a 3M Mentee? (9th - 12th grade)
A mentee is a person who receives advice, training, or guidance from a more experienced or skilled mentor to help them achieve their goals. A mentee will often have specific skills they want to learn from their mentor and the mentor will spend time guiding or teaching the mentee.

What is a 3M Mentor? (Ages 21 and up)
A mentor is a person who can support, advise and guide their mentee. A mentor is intentional about getting to know their mentee to understand the challenges they may be facing. The mentor can then use their personal and professional experience to help the mentee improve. A mentor’s goal is to help their mentee grow as a person and become the best version of themselves.

What is a 3M Coach?
A c
oach is a person who will assist the mentor in developing a friendship that will help the mentee reach her maximal potential. Coaching is the process of overseeing the development of a healthy relationship between the mentor and mentee. This process involves consistent contact with the mentor, mentee, and parent.
